  • Do You Have Credit Card Debts You Cannot Pay? | Posted by Sammy Hamilton on Mar 31 2010

  •

Your job doesn’t pay what it should, but the bills are piling up. The value of the dollar is plummeting, and the bills are piling up yet more. You have a family to care for, a home to maintain, and the bills are piling up faster.

For many Americans that have charge cards, debts are compounding each and every month. And the majority of people have over limit fees and late fees that are added each month, month by month regardless of what they are able to pay. The sad fact is that the money is not there anymore for most Americans at this particular time.

If you owe $10,000 or more in credit debt, and the interest is four times that much, and it’s goign to take you years to pay it off, and there’s no end in sight to the problem. The economy is in recession, and the job market is almost nonexistent, and there just doesn’t seem to be a solution in sight. Continue Reading »

  • Think about social media marketing a little like high school. There are those in the know, the people who seem to know all the right things to say and associate with all the right people. It’s these people who always seemed to be going places, right? When you know what to do and what to say, the world is your oyster. Keep reading to find out out the reality of the high school universe relates to social media like Facebook.

  • Earn Extra Money from Home Writing Effective Headlines | Posted by David Windhaus on Mar 30 2010
  • When prospects come across your article the first thing they will see is your headline. So you will want to make sure that it is something that will grab their attention so they will keep reading to find out what you have for them. It just needs to be something that will interest them enough.

The color red normally symbolizes urgency or importance. Should you not like using the color red you may choose to try black or text with yellow highlight in the background if red doesn’t fit your sales page’s color theme. I think it is a considerably better choice to go with red as they create effective headlines easily. This can be a color that may conveniently fit within almost any color theme and blend in exceptionally well.

Make sure that your headline ultimately shows what it has to do with your prospect and how it might benefit them even if you are referring to someone else. It should often refer to your prospect rather than anybody else. Continue Reading »

  • Underwater Mortgage? No Equity Home Improvement Loan Options | Posted by Tom Miller on Mar 29 2010
  • As we all know, the housing bubble has popped. This has put a strain on people who were hoping to use the increased monetary value of their homes to perform some much needed home upgrades. The downturn in housing values across the nation means there are many people who are now living in homes that have not built up any added value over the past several years.

In a growing housing market you can buy a house value one year and in the next year the value of the home will actually grow by a few percentage points from one year to the next. You would then be able to borrow money against that added value from a bank and use that money for a big home repair project. So if you bought a home for $175,000 a few years ago it might actually be worth $190,000 today with normal economic growth. Continue Reading »

  • How To Reduce Interest Rates Of Credit Cards | Posted by Sally Depp on Mar 29 2010
  • The interest rate of your credit cards can depend on many things; your relationship with credit card organization, your credit history and even the kind of card that you are trying to get.

Some individuals might know this, credit card banks generally provide three tiers of interest rates that are available to their clients. The 1st tier is offered to clients with extremely little historical past or no history using the credit card company and is the highest sum of interest that is charged. Sometimes, this rate could be upwards of 20 %. This is the least desired interest rate and may be the standard for most cards until the consumer has developed a history with the card firm.

The next tier that’s offered may be the premium interest rate. The rate is offered to these with a higher credit rating, as they come as less of a risk to the company. The Elite rate is for all those that have developed a positive historical past with the credit card company and for people with an excellent credit score. Understanding these tiers of interest rates could be an efficient way to ensure that you’re able to take advantage of techniques to decrease the interest rate. Continue Reading »

  • Are You A Victim? Unemployment Extension Benefits End March 27, 2010 | Posted by Tammy Bell on Mar 29 2010
  • The Senate passed a bill in the amount of $138 billion, March 11, 2010, to extend unemployment benefits for approximately 15 million claimants. The Senate felt it would be cruel to cut the unemployed off with the job market as it is. On the other hand, Congress could care less about the people that rely on their benefits to merely exist. Knowing that 15 million folks are at the mercy of Congress should tell you it’s obvious that, you need to take control of your life and secure your own future if you want to avoid ever becoming one of their victims.

Could it be that Congress has construed the job market incorrectly? After all the unemployment rate has not increased, but it has not decreased either! Is Congress reading between the lines? I think not, this would bestow far to much faith in a group of people that really just don’t give a crap as long as they continue to receive their pay! After all, they have nailed down a job that provides life long benefits like: Affluent Retirement, Health Care and Security. They will never be forced out because of the Economy or Age, I mean seriously, we’ve all seen televised conferences concerning National disasters and are some are sleeping, how’s that for security!
